O obelisco piramidal no centro da traça, coroado por esfera de folhas de acanto e pinha, é artisticamente bastante interessante, dando prova da antiguidade da boa cantaria estremocense. A base do obelisco é quadrangular com quatro carrancas antropomórficas em cada lado e todo o chafariz está envolvido por grade de ferro circular.
