O St. Nikolai-Kirche, (St. Nicholas 'Church) é a igreja mais antiga de Berlim, capital da Alemanha. A igreja está localizada na parte leste do centro de Berlim, no bairro de Mitte. A área em torno da igreja, delimitada por Spandauer Straße, Rathausstraße, o rio Spree e Mühlendamm, é conhecido como o Nikolaiviertel 'Nicholas trimestre', e é uma área de edifícios medievais restaurados (em alguns casos imitações recentes). A igreja foi construída entre 1220 e 1230, e é, portanto, juntamente com a Igreja de Nossa Senhora em Alexanderplatz não muito longe, a mais antiga igreja em Berlim.
